BLUENETTE
HONEY AND OATMEAL PORTER
ABV 5.5%

With an incredible smoothness from the addition of Scottish rolled oats, delicate sweetness from organic honey and rich roasted chocolate flavours, Bluenette is a comforting dark brown porter (or stout) that will satisfy any appetite.
Best served between 5-8°C.
INGREDIENTS: water, barley malt, rolled oats (less than 1%), hops, yeast, Cotswolds honey (2.5%) and corn sugar. Contains gluten. Nothing else.
ALE X
INDIAN PALE ALE
ABV 4.5%
Ale X is a tribute to the hop lover. Our signature blend of flavoursome and aromatic hops, with clear citrus, pine, spice and herbal notes, creates a powerful and complex IPA that plays with the palate and triggers imagination.
Luckily, the recipe for this IPA was accomplished accidentally after a fortunate ingredient mismatch that led to the unique hop blend.
Best served between 8-12°C.

WITTY BEA
WHEAT BEER - WITBIER
ABV 4.5%
Our master brewer’s favourite, this one is for the witbier appreciator. We improved the traditional Belgian beer style by adding notes of mandarin and garden herbs and created a beer for the exploratory mind. The result is Witty Bea, an extremely refreshing and easy drinking beer that is aromatic and flavourful, a perfect match for spicy food.
Try with a slice of orange or lemon or a dash of lemonade.
Best served between 0-5°C.

ZE BRAUN
DARK WHEAT BEER - DUNKELWEIZEN
ABV 5.5%
Presenting beautiful dark toffee translucency, deliciously complex malt structure and low balancing bitterness, Ze Braun is our creamy, unfiltered and unclarified dunkelweizen (dark wheat bear). The blended yeast strain adds delicate natural clove, vanilla and banana notes.
Best served between 2-7°C.

RAUK
SMOKED ENGLISH BEER
ABV 5.0%
Undeniably different, we are proud to introduce Rauk, our signature smoked beer that is packed with fun and excitement.
The beer malt is delicately smoked, then infused with noble hops with pine and floral notes. Ideal as a finisher of a meal or around the open fire in a cosy autumn night.
An English beer with German accent, this ale is inspired by the Rauchbier (smoked lager) from Bamberg.
Best served between 2-7°C.

MAT BLACK
INDIAN BLACK ALE
ABV 5.5%
This beer will positively surprise and play with your mind. It has the strong rich lemony and herbal aroma of an IPA yet the penetrating obscurity and smoothness of a black stout. At the vanguard of our selection, Mat Black is one of our most adventurous beers.
Special note to paradox fans: IBA is our own term for this beer style that is also known as black IPA, American IPA or even American black IPA!

RED BEETTER
ENGLISH BITTER WITH BEETROOT
ABV 5.0%
With a beautiful brown-red colour from a small amount of organic beetroot juice, Red Beetter is a great treat for the real ale appreciator. Very malty, smooth, with low hop aroma, and presenting balanced hop bitterness, this beer is very easy drinking and extremely refreshing.
This beer is brewed with real vegetable!
Best served cool (definitely not warm!) between 8-12°C.

BIERE DE GARDE
ABV 6.0%
1 4 Keeps (One For Keeps) is a characterful ale of French origin. The dark amber colour, the moderate body, the pleasant malty sweetness, and the light hop bitterness, lift the unmistakeable yeast character.
Biere de garde taste improves over time and it is best consumed at least 6 months after bottling. A bit more about the history of this wonderful beer type can be found in the label.
Best served between 5-8°C.

RASP BEA
RASPBERRY BEER
ABV 6.0%
The elegant pink body contrasting with the thick head, the irresistible fruity aroma, and the natural sharpness from raspberries make Rasp Bea equally appealing to beer and non-beer drinkers. Undeniably a summer drink, it is also a great match for desert and cheese.
This beer is brewed with real fruit!
Best served very cold, between 0-5°C.

WILD BEERIES
WILD BERRY BEER
ABV 5.0%
Wild Beeries is a wild beer made with wild berries.
Its recipe is constantly changing because we always use the best berries available. Although the proportion and range of berries can vary from batch to batch, we promise each bottle will be delicious and have at least 60 g of real fruit.
Best served very cold, between 0-5°C.
INGREDIENTS: water, barley malt, wheat malt, wild berries (cherries, plums, gooseberries, blackcurrant, grapes, blackberry, strawberry, cranberry, blueberry) (10%), blackcurrant cordial (2%), hops, yeast, and corn sugar. Contains gluten. Nothing else.
TEARDROP CITRA
SMASH - SINGLE HOP AND SINGLE MALT ALE

Summer and sunshine. A beer that is brewed especially for food, beer, and music festivals.

Presenting light malt structure and packed with clear tropical fruit salad notes, Teardrop Citra is a single hop beer for real beer purists. Sometimes the simplest things are the best.

SUMMER BITTER

Summer and sunshine. A beer that is brewed especially for food, beer, and music festivals.
A very tasty low alcohol (3.8%) Irish bitter, well balanced and refreshing. A light traditional session beer that is great for every occasion.

A BEER FOR DOUG
SMOKED PORTER

The offspring of our porter and smoked beer, A Beer for Doug has a character of its own. Fun and exotic like its mum, but comforting and grounded like its dad.

Many people ask us “how do we smoke beer?”. We brew with the best smoked malt in the world produced in Bamberg, Germany. The smoked barley malt releases the smokiness during the brewing process, infusing the beer with great aroma.
In homage to all Dougs. All the ones we know are great people.

CZAR BOMBA

Explosion! Very dark, creamy, intense, round and full of flavour, Czar Bomba is aged for months in oak barrels.

This beer will continue to mature in the bottle and will improve with age. Can you hold the temptation?
